An FRE Development Group Case study

Arsonist set fire in a hallway at RES Apartments. Fortunately no injuries were sustained and the arsonist was captured. The property sustained over $1,000,000 of damage.

The Story

Completed early and under budget

-12 units were significantly damaged

Following work completed in approximately three months
-12 units rebuilt
-Life safety system repaired
-Rebuilding roof and rafter
-Rebuilt all decks
-Window replacement 40 units
-Patio door replacement
-Entire building siding replaced
-Intercom installed entire building
-Hallway renovation
-Basement renovation

Occupancy permit received 8/29/2017. Property fully leased 9/1/2017!
